4. Your Profile Visibility
Caregiver profiles are visible to families using the platform. Family care listings are visible to caregivers. You can pause your profile visibility at any time from your dashboard settings.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
